2024 Verizon can make calls but not receive

Current issue has been going on now for almost two months. I consistently cannot receive calls and things go through to voicemail. After two to three weeks of trying to troubleshoot off and on, I found out I had missed several calls from my doctors and a prospective employer and chose to call Verizon to escalate it and get a trouble ticket open..
