Make sure your Sonos product is plugged into power and the status light is flashing green. The status light on your product may not be flashing green if it was previously set up on another system. If the status light is not flashing green, reset the product to its factory settings and try setting it up again.I got a new Roam to add to my existing system. Go thru setup but when it gets to linking it to my account it fails. I’ve retried several times. Restarted phone, etc. Nothing helps to resolve the issue.
