I haven't been able to send texts, make calls, or access the internet on my samsung galaxy s21. I have tried troubleshooting the issue multiple times (restarting the phone, resetting the network connections, etc.), all to no avail. Is there a mobile network outage in my area or is it my phone being wonky?When ever I check the app it says it's down due to an outage being fixed in my area. The outage map at the same time shows no outages in my area. There is also a message showing scheduled maintenance in my area for poor performance....the date for the scheduled maintenance has changed multiple times. This is extremely confusing and frustrating..
