You can, however, use any cartridge with IR to use it; it doesn't have to be the game that you're launching via nds-bootstrap. By the way, TWiLight Menu++ itself does not load backups. It's handled by nds-bootstrap.Easiest way to do it is to go to uni updater. There'll be an app for a cheat/hack database. Download that and you'll have the cheats. Enable the cheats by pressing y when you have a game selected. (In twilight menu of course) I tried, but without success. I place the file in the extras folder but it does not appear in the twmenu.TWiLight Menu++ can work perfectly fine on large cards, its just HiyaCFW that doesn't work well. So if you're using TWiLight Menu on a large card I'd recommend switching to launching it directly in Unlaunch instead of through HiyaCFW, unless you do want to have the HiyaCFW SDNAND menu too in which you will need to fill it up.Universal Pokémon Randomizer at least does modify the header so the checksum will be different, you can edit the cheat database to support the randomized rom using r4cce . It allows you to create DSiWare shortcuts on the home menu to boot DS roms off the SD card. Not all ds roms are compatible, and there's a hard limit of 40 DSiWare that you can have on the system, so those are the limiting factors. But it works alright..
