This setup will easily fit 37x13.5s as well as I have plenty of clearance at full lock and suspension fully flexed out on either side. +3/4" away from any component the factory bumper is fine.To the OP, I vote 37s or even 38s because why not. The one problem with 37" tires and 4" lift is that the tires will make contact with the inner plastic fender wells from time to time. Sounds terrible from inside the cab but isn't an issue. I had a 6" 4-link on my 08 F-250 that I just traded and was running 37x13.5x20's with a 2" wheel spacer and it still rubbed. Had to trim the air dam on the insides, shave the corner of the bumpers, and cut some of the bumper support out on the back side.
